Lovely way to spend an evening. We were lucky with the weather so sat outside. More time consuming than I imagined so if you’re going for the first time. Make something small. I will be returning to finish mine.

Mosaics is a medium that Kes has been passionate about since she began working with it in art college. She never ceases to be amazed at the beautiful results that can be achieved from combining small pieces of glass or tiles. As the process moves forward and takes shape, a new and original work of mosaic art is produced.

Kes spends a lot of time working with children and young people, using arts and crafts as a variable and expressive medium for them to learn whilst they create. She enjoys what she does and is extremely enthusiastic about it, aiming…

Heart in Art workshop was so much fun. The workshop was located in the beautiful surroundings of Kennington park and really easy to find. £20 is such a good price for 2 hours of mosaic craft, would highly recommend.

Kes, the teacher, is absolutely lovely and made you feel at home straight away. The class was great - choose your stencil background, your coloured tiles and away you go. Time zooms past, its great fun. Kes is as hands on or hands off as you need her. Fab class and I highly recommend.

A lovely workshop and great activity to do after a day at work. Kes is very warm and welcoming and makes you feel at home from the moment you walk through the door. Not something I would usually go for but I really enjoyed it and came away quite inspired about the possibilities of mosaic. Great to be able to have a taster so you really have no excuse not to try!
