What happens in this class?

This workshop will introduce you to the melt and pour soap making technique, and in particular the variety of effects that can be achieved using this method. Unlike other soap-making techniques, the melt and pour technique offers the opportunity to create soaps and have them set and packaged within a few hours, without the need to wait for weeks for the ingredients to cure. 5 star experience all around! I only went because my friend convinced me to go and I had so much fun, I really had no idea that soap making was that accessible, the teacher was really good at helping me with the difficult bits and always made sure I was okay.

I am not usually one for leaving online reviews, however as this is my second class with Goldfish Soapies and I totally loved it, so I just felt like I have to let the world know! Just like the first time I went, it was such a great workshop, where all of the prep is done for you and all you have to do it turn up and enjoy yourself! And you leave with such beautiful hand-made soap, my friends still don't believe that I've made these myself! Will definitely be back for more!

Goldfish Soapies is a new and exciting pop-up in London! Workshop participants are taught how to create wonderful hand made soaps using the melt and pour technique and are given plenty of opportunity to experiment with different shapes, patterns and fragrances. We use a variety of natural soap base ingredients, scents, oils, fragrances and dyes. Participants leave the workshop with beautifully wrapped soaps to enjoy themselves or gift to their family and friends.

I had such a wonderful time. Not only did I learn a lot, I walked out with some pretty impressive soaps to give to give to friends and family. Ioulia was a diligent, attentive instructor who really knows her stuff. Would definitely come back again in the future.
