Knitting with Beads

The venue for the workshop is in the cellar. It was freezing. One of the ladies in the shop apologised that she had not put the heating on until the workshop started. I had to leave after 45 minutes as my hands were too cold. I had a thick sweatshirt on and two other layers. The tube was warmer than the room. I was the only person to attend. The teaching aspect was over in fifteen minutes with the teacher showing things she had found on the internet. The selection of beads was very poor. Mostly cheap beads and only brown swarski ones (expensive). I was given one ball of £5.99 wool. The patterns were extremely old fashioned. Just typed on A4 paper and some old graph paper. Really strange as the tutor has written a book so I e pelted it to be much more professional. The venue may be good on a very hot day. The shop above looked as though it had interesting things but I was too cold to stay and look!
