Great class!! Quay was very clear, patient and friendly teacher. The second screen for the knitting made it easy to follow what I was meant to be doing. I feel I understand the basics and can now start practicing.

It was a good class today and I learnt how to sew loose sewing ends of my knitting work. Quay also showed me how to do mattress stitch & during our session I’ve started sewing up the knitted sausage dog legs. It’s been a brilliant knitting journey & I can’t believe I’ve got to this stage :)

It was brilliant & I really enjoyed Knitting For Beginners class. I am improving my knitting skills so much plus I’m constantly learning all the time. Quay showed me how to undo knitting stitch & how to increase on a ‘purl’. What’s been really helpful is Quay demonstrates along with me & always happy to show me again when I get in a muddle.

I loved my recent class with Quay. I learnt a new technique - Wrap & Turn method. As always Quay did an excellent demonstration. Honesty I wouldn’t been able to do this on my own without Quay’s help.

I felt I made very good progress in today’s session. With Quay tips & technique advice my knitting skills is really improving. Also I feel confident asking Quay to remind me how to do certain knitting techniques like ‘cast off’ or adding a new wool colour. Quay is always happy to demonstrate.

I really enjoyed my beginner's class with Quay. Quay's teaching style is very clear and she is very patient, not leaving anyone behind. I haven't knitted in years and found myself knitting several rows quite quickly, as well as learning to cast on and off, Purl stitch, stocking stitch and rib stitch. I can't wait to keep going! It was easy to follow Quay's hand movements in a separate window whilst being able to talk and feed back on progress. Thanks so much!
