Silver Stackable Ring Workshop

A really great workshop! Fully hands on but with all the guidance you need. Everyone had a lovely ring at the end of it.

Disappointing that I was the only participant. Teacher was friendly enough but this is really a one hour class at best. Possibly if you were having to line up to use the equipment it may have taken a little longer. The worst thing or highlight of the workshop was when the rat/mouse running around the workshop floor was captured. I have given it four stars not due to the workshop but due to the way Obby handled the matter enabling me to give feedback! Thank you Obby I will definitely book more workshops.

Amazing class! Jordanne was fantastic! She took time to really explain and help us. We had a lovely afternoon working with her and hearing about her very interesting projects. My friends and I had an amazing time at the workshop. The tuition was excellent, the venue was easy to locate and had everything we needed provided - even a cup of tea! We even stayed a bit later to finish. Thankyou so much and we are definitely interested in doing this again.

Great way to spend an evening - fun chat, lots of new skills and I couldn't be more pleased with the ring I made. The range of marks and design possibilities meant I could make something really personalised, and I'll genuinely be wearing it all the time! This workshop was recommended to me by two friends and it was great! Jordanne and Jodie were super friendly and full of knowledge. My friend and I left with super cute rings and had so much fun making them. Jordanne’s warehouse was a cool space and we ended the class with a drink and cake to celebrate their 2nd birthday! I first heard of J&J Workshops when I was looking for a silver ring making course for my partners birthday gift. I couldn’t find the right piece of jewellery on the high street so turned to the idea of making something myself. I wasn’t disappointed. I visited the J&J Workshop and whilst quite far for me to travel this was such a quaint and homely venue for my class. I had such an amazing time and would love to learn more silver jewellery techniques...have definitely caught the bug now! Jordanne was so friendly, informative and knowledgeable teaching the class each stage of the ring making process, explaining how different metals are transformed into jewellery and Jordanne really helped us make our jewellery look great when we (I) made a mistake or two!!! I went alone so didn’t know anyone there and I can be very shy and quiet but Jordanne really made me feel welcome. Would recommend without a doubt :)

Really great way to spend an afternoon. It was interesting to see how a ring is made then giving it a go myself. Jordanne is a great teacher and was very passionate about the different ideas we had. Would recommend to everyone.

Really lovely environment. Jordanne made me and my sister feel really welcomed to the workshop. We learned what it takes to create jewellery. She gave clear instructions which allowed us to create beautiful and unique jewellery. Such an amazing experience and I keep getting complemented on my creation! Would love to try another workshop in the future
