Choose an image or text (or bring one with you) and learn how to transfer it to fabric using some simple but effective stitches. You can then add some fabric for extra colour creating a completely unique piece of art. This is a great class for someone wanting to gain hand embroidery skills they can use again and again! My mum and I did an embroidery workshop with the fabulous Sienna, in celebration of Mother's Day. We had such a good time, Sienna gave really clear instructions and support throughout, all with a smile and love for embroidery! We will definitely be visiting MYO again!!

Didn't feel it much of a class. The teacher (not Amy by the way, who was meant to have been specialised in textile design and embroidery at unviersity - so the description is a lie) taught us a couple basic stitches very quickly and then left us to our own devices. There were 2 other classes going on at the same time and same teacher was handling all of them. Why pay for a class if the teacher isn't even there half the time? Moreover, the other stitches weren't taught until I specially asked to be taught them and teacher was suprised I actually wanted to gosh *learn* more techniques. Pretty disappointing. I am to learn and be taught not sit and just use the provided materials.
