During the course ‘Crochet for beginners’ you will learn the basics and beyond of crochet. The course is developed for beginners, no knowledge of crochet is necessary.

You will learn the basic crochet techniques and will practise them. This way you will develop confidence your skills. Every session is set up as a mix of theoretical knowledge and 'hands on' crochet practice.

We will have a look the crochet terminology and abbreviations, basic pattern reading and at simple chart reading.

I booked this using a gift voucher from my family, using it was painful though as I had a referral credit so couldn't apply it, after a back and forth on email with Obby the only option was to check out as guest... Seemed a bit ridiculous to me. To the crochet class though, I loved it! Sylvia was wonderful to learn from, she's really warm and patient, it helps so much. The class size of 4 was perfect as we all were able to get plenty of 1 on 1 help. After competing the 4 weeks I've found I'm enjoying it so much I'm not ready to finish, the others felt the same so we're all going to continue another course with Sylvia. Could not recommend this more!
