You'll mould earthenware clay, smooth it and paint it, ending up with 2-4 unique pinch pots of different shapes, sizes and colours. They'll look great in your home or as a wonderful gift! The £80 covers all 3 sessions.

"I'd recommend this to anyone - from a beginner like me, to more experienced who is looking for a fun and relaxing experience" - Lipsheon

The process is as follows: Session 1: Mould eathernware clay into your basic shapes - feel free to experiment! Session 2: Allow your pinch pots to dry and then to come by again to re-shape them 1 week later (see below for dates). This step ensures that the pieces adopt the ideal shape and smoothness you desire - it is the perfection stage. After this we let it dry out and then you come back to paint (session 3) Session 3: This session is about decorating the pinch pots in colours of your choosing. We have a wide variety of paints you can use on the ceramics. After it's painted, we kiln fire them (1st firing), then glaze and kiln fire them (2nd firing) and ta da - done! Your pinch pots will then be made available for collection.

Sessions are spread over 3 consecutive weeks and always on the same day. Part 1 is for 2.5 hours and Part 2 & 3 are 2 hours each. If you end up not being able to make a session - we can figure out another time to catch up, don't worry!

You’ll have lots of fun, get your hands dirty, learn some nifty pinch pot techniques and feel the mindfulness effects of being creative while playing with clay - it is amazing!

It was really fun and chilled! Probably best to go with a friend if you want to chat as it wasn’t that sociable but it was good to be able to switch off.

I loved spending my evenings at M.Y.O over this 3 part course. It was great to learn a new skill and I am really happy with my finished pieces. They were also very helpful when I wasn't able to make a session due to work commitments. Thanks Diana and Sam!

I've only been to the first of the three session sand so far so good. The process is quite therapeutic and Diana is very sweet and helpful. She has a warm and friendly energy that puts everyone at ease. The studio itself is cosy and nice and lots of chatting and laughing going on.

Really fun, 3-part pinch pot workshop. The instructors were knowledgeable, welcoming and very helpful. The class size was really small, just four of us, so we could have all the help we needed. It was very relaxing and nice to get a chance to be creative. We made four different pots and then decorated them however we liked.

I loved the class. Lucia was a great teacher - giving us space to experiment but always on hand if we had a question. It was very relaxing to be creative and work with my hands. I was excited to return to the following 2 sessions as the atmosphere in the class was really friendly.

I had a great time doing this workshop, totally disconnected from the rest of the world and focused on my pieces that hopefully will come out nice from the kiln!

Run by lovely, friendly people in a colourful studio. If you're looking for a more formal pottery education, I wouldn't recommend it. This is more of a laid back fun Sunday afternoon activity, great for groups of friends and hen parties, etc.
