A 5 week course curated specifically for those preferring to create mosaic work using the direct method and a follow-on course for students who have completed the one-day course in the direct method.

This course will allow students to work on a larger base (25x25cm) with a design of their own choice whilst also building on their existing knowledge.

Our courses take place in a large mosaic-specialist studio and each class has capacity to maximum 9 students so everyone can have individual attention and help from the artist tutor.

Things to remember

All materials are provided. Think about a design idea for a mosaic sized 25x25cm. This can be anything like a pattern, simple shapes or a figure. We also have design templates available on the day as well as a reference library, so there will be plenty of inspiration!

What a great evening course! I loved it and feel sad it’s now finished, but I have my first ever mosaic to show for it. The last day especially was very exciting when we could see everyone’s projects coming to an end. By chance we all chose very different projects, which was very interesting and inspiring. The teacher, Rada, was super helpful and patient with everyone. I certainly recommend it!
