New members are required to attend an induction to the workshop and join an onboarding session with one of the team before they can start working independently on location.
The purpose of the workshop induction is primarily for the Health, Safety and Wellbeing of our members while at the workshop and using the communal tools and equipment. It will also provide an overview of the Environmental Impact of the workshop and the activities that take place there.
