Saturday Calligraphy Starter Session - Create with a mimosa in our floral adorned private balcony

This was an excellent class and my sister and I had so much fun! It was the perfect introduction to calligraphy and Catherine was brilliant - informative, patient and inspiring. She created a fantastic class that introduced us to the basics of technique and allowed us to get creative by the end. We came away with a goodies bag of paper, ink, guides and new knowledge. I would recommend this class to anyone who is looking to pick up a new skill, learn more about calligraphy or explore their creativity. The atmosphere of the class was so calm and learning this ancient skull was so incredibly therapeutic and that I honestly felt like I had been to a spa afterwards. Attended Cat's class as a guest of a hotel member in London. Would absolutely attend again, everything was explained slowly in such a nice way. Everyone got dedicated time to show you how to hold your pen properly and position yourself. Very therapeutic. Would recommend!

Such a luxurious afternoon learning calligraphy with Cat! The atmosphere was lovely - music, flowers, Prosecco. Very friendly, very enjoyable. Got to keep a whole kit of pen, ink, instruction booklet to practice with. The time flew. Will be booking the next level up when it's available.
