Really enjoyed the pottery throwing class. I learnt and achieved a surprising amount in two hours. Sampada was very helpful and patient, and she’s a good explainer. The studio itself is airy and bright, and overlooks the canal. There was a very positive atmosphere and overall the class was most enjoyable. I would highly recommend the experience.

We had an absolutely fantastic time with Sampada . We did the 2 hour throwing class and were so pleased with the items we managed to make, even as total beginners. The studio is a lovely calm space and Sampada is a brilliant teacher. We really loved our experience and would definitely recommend booking!!

Really enjoyed the Sunday Pottery Wheel Throwing Class. Great introduction to the basics of clay and pottery making followed by a demo of pottery throwing, then ample time to practice and get to grips with throwing on the wheel ourselves. Class was small enough to ask questions and get help when needed and I managed to throw four pieces, which I have opted to have fired and glazed for later collection.

Amazing class with plenty of time to learn the fundamentals of working on a pottery wheel. Sampada is a great teacher and she allowed me to explore throwing on the wheel independently while giving me guidance when needed and really helpful tips. Studio is in a lovely location and is very bright and airy. Really recommend this class for anyone who wants to get more familiar with a pottery wheel!
