Welcome to this free introduction to Yoga for Backs.
There are 10 short videos in this introduction. It is recommended to schedule some time each day to go through these, they take between 5-10 minutes.
The first video is a 10 minute introduction to the course, and in each of the other videos I show a number of yoga postures to help ease back pain as well as developing core strength and flexibility.
There is also a daily relaxation which takes less than 15 minutes.
