Introduction To Photography

This course is for beginners who want to learn the basics of photography. First, you will get to grips with your camera. This will include understanding ISO, aperture, shutter speed, shooting modes and focusing. Once you are comfortable with this, we will start to experiment by photographing interesting subjects outdoors. After you have mastered these basic camera techniques we will move on to discuss photographic story- telling, tricks to create eye-catching compositions and how to make the best of whatever lighting situation you face yourself in…

Bring Your Own Camera! Any camera with manual settings will be suitable for this course, whether a dSLR, a bridge camera or even a phone. We will provide any other material as appropriate.
