Leonie was very friendly and explained each process as we went along. From choosing the leather, through to cutting it, then assembling the bag to end up with a beautiful product. I learnt many new skills including which cutting knife suited me best, how to wax threads and saddle stitch, and how to attach rivets. The 3 hours flew by and I thoroughly enjoyed the workshop.

I spent a lovely time doing my own leather bag with Leonie. The handbag looks really good and I look forward to using it. Leonie is a great teacher, she was very patient and clear with her explanations, very skilled on the technics and material to use. It made me keen to try on my own but also to go back to other workshops with Leonie to practise and learn more.
