Rachel was a brilliant instructor for the Highland Cow workshop; she took the time to explain each step in the process and how it worked and ensured I was comfortable throughout the process. It was incredibly relaxing and so much fun! This was a lovely workshop and I would recommend it to anyone who likes crafts, cows, or just wants to try something new in a comfortable and encouraging environment. Thank you Rachel!

Even though the journey down to Thames Ditton was very long, the time spent making the Highland Cow was brilliant. We were welcomed with a warm cuppa and biscuits and a fantastic use for recycling plastic bottles. Mike, the mo cow, as it's been named by my great nephew, looks great in my living room. Thank you for such a great welcome and for teaching me something new. Bring these workshops up to Yorkshire.

Vicky - 24 March 2024
We were pretty sceptical that we would make anything that looked good but we were soooo happy with the cows we made. They now have pride of place in our lounge. The four hours absolutely flew by. A really relaxing experience and we had all the help and support we needed. Would highly recommend.
Anna-Maria Johnson - 9 February 2024
Good fun workshop, making a highland cow. There were 8 of us in the session and the tutor demonstrated the process a step at a time, with us then working on our cows. Such a variety produced but all looked great. The time went quickly and the tutor kept things moving well in the 4 hours. Powertex is a bit messy but aprons were provided and it washed off our hands fine. Good parking behind the Thames Ditton venue.
Susan Taylor - 7 September 2023
We received a voucher to make a highland cow which we redeemed on Tuesday 5th September. The experience was good fun and surprisingly our end results were ok - our friends were very impressed!

I love attending the Papercraft sessions on a Monday afternoon and on Thursday I attended the Powertex Highland Cow session. I had absolutely no idea what to expect and at one point felt that I might not complete it in time. I did! Rachel is so enthusiastic and patient and just a brilliant tutor. I cannot recommend her sessions highly enough. I’m so happy with my finished cow and really impressed that I learnt so many new techniques. I definitely want to go back and make a gnome. Thank you so much Rachel!
