The afternoon was spent learning about mono printing . We were shown by the lovely Armi how to use different techniques and media. It was such a relaxing afternoon. Armi was the perfect teacher and I would definitely attend another of her courses.

It was a privilege to be let into Armi's outstanding studio and garden. I learnt a lot, several techniques, in a very short time. Yet, it didn't feel quite rushed. If you are interested in expanding your imagination into printing, and try some abstraction of your ideas. Thanks Armi, and thank you for the cake and coffee.

I came home today from Armi's Mono-printing workshop with a spring in my step, a big smile on my face and bursting with inspiration and motivation to carry on exploring! Armi's home was beautiful , her studio is what we all dream of having and she was relaxed and clear in her instruction. It was a well-needed reminder , not only of mono-printing as a technique but of how to freely experiment with materials & pattern like I used to in those art college days. I could easily have spent the rest of the day there to continue so I will definitely be going back! I'm excited to get back to my desk tomorrow and carry on.... Thankyou Armi and everyone else who was there today!

All students were incredibly engaged and interested and supportive of each other’s creative ‘masterpieces’ ;-) Great fun worth every penny, the best way to start your day.

Fantastic experience!! During this workshop in her fabulous studio, Armi leads the participants into the world of mono printmaking via light warm up printing exercises, great technical explanations and inspiring examples. There is ample of time to just enjoy the flow and create work independently with Armi’s support and creative guidance. Participants were surprised and stunned by the work produced by themselves as the process contains so many elements of unplanned beautiful surprise effects. Armi’s own enthusiasm about printing is absolutely infectious, and only adds to the wonderful printing experience!
