Tile Painting - Azulejos Tiles of Portugal's Inspired

Get creative with traditional tile painting in Azulejos ‘style’!

Azulejos tiles are a unique type of tile decoration that that is deeply intertwined with Portuguese culture. You can find them everywhere; from shops to private homes, palaces, churches, train stations, and countless other places.

You will be supported by a friendly experienced tutor from Art4Space, who will guide you through the experience. Where you will you will learn about basic glaze theory and practice while exploring colour, texture, and pattern by applying underglaze to a bisque ware tile. Stencil and paint your way to beautiful, glazed ceramic tile.

• Professional tools and materials. Aprons are provided. Glaze, firing and postage are all included in the ticket cost.
