Private Paint & Sip Party: at your chosen venue

Choose from our collection of 10+ painting motifs to theme your party around. Your guests will be guided by an artist, step-by-step, to complete this painting together.

All the materials you need to complete your painting. 90 minutes with a professional artist. For events taking place at MasterPeace, we also look to include a complimentary alcoholic or non alcoholic drink, seasonal treat and biodegradable apron.

Your class is 90 minutes long. For larger groups, we would recommend adding 60 minutes of venue hire to allow for a more leisurely arrival and departure, or longer if you'd like to include a Prosecco reception or similar.

Expect a warm welcome, to find your seats, and to be poured your complimentary alcoholic or non-alcoholic drink where this has been included. We'll start with some paper and pencil warm-up exercises to get your guests' creative juices flowing. Hen-do, birthday, or other special occasion? Let us know and we can theme these games around you. Next, we'll move onto our main pieces. Your artist will guide you through step-by-step as a group, as well as providing direct coaching to your individual guests. Finally, you'll be invited to choose a frame (if you'd like to purchase one), before we have photos as a group.

Lots of our guests finish their paintings at the session. But... it really comes down to: how complex your chosen image is, any extra finesse you'd like to add, say, if it's intended as a gift for someone, and... how speedy you are! At MasterPeace we practice mindful painting, so we really don't want you to rush, let it take the time it wants to take. And to enable you to relax: we send you home with written and video instructions, plus all the paints & brushes you need to complete your piece, so that you can add any final touches from home, free of charge, should you need. If you'd like to play it extra safe, we can extend your booking with additional venue hire, so that your guests can paint at their own pace.

Your paintings will be dry enough to carefully take home straight after class. We do have some hairdryers to speed this up. Some guests choose to leave their paintings with us in between visits, which is our pleasure. We do advise to do so at your own risk... it is an operational art school and paint explosions are definitely a thing! We will keep your piece for a maximum of two weeks unless you get in touch with us. We wouldn't recommend this option if you're very attached to your creation... as accidents can happen in the environment we work in.

As these experiences are booked on private request only, unfortunately they are non refundable and non reschedulable. We are happy to take an initial non-refundable reservation of 10 guests to reserve 1 floor, and 12 for both floors. Please let us know of your final numbers 48hrs before your event. In the event of an exceptional circumstance, we many grant you a refund: -Unexpected death or serious illness of a host, guest or immediate family member (spouse/partner, child, parent, legal guardian, grandparent, or sibling); -Serious injury that directly restricts a Customer’s ability to travel or a Partner’s ability to run a class; -Significant natural disasters or severe weather incidents impacting the location of destination or location of departure; -Urgent travel restrictions or severe security advisories issued after the time of booking, by an appropriate national or international authority (such as a government office or department); -Endemic disease declared by a credible national or international authority (such as the US Centres for Disease Control or the World Health Organization); -Severe property damage or unforeseen maintenance issues that directly impact the ability to host safely; -Government-mandated obligations issued after the time of booking (ex: jury duty, court appearances, military or government assignments);

Yes! For events hosted at MasterPeace: we have frames available to purchase on the day, or you can add frames to your booking in advance. For events hosted at your own venue: please add frames to your booking in advance and we will bring them along to your event for you.

We can host this experience at MasterPeace in Belgravia: either inside in our cosy studio, or, weather permitting, outside in our gorgeous courtyard. Alternatively, we can come to you at home, at a private venue, or office. Depending on the location of your venue, a transport fee may be added. If at your venue, then our standard catering is not included, but we can support you with arranging local catering on request.

We would caution against wearing your Sunday best! Acrylic paint is water soluble, and can be washed out with soapy water whilst still fresh. However, once dried on, it's very stubborn to remove from fabrics. So to play it safe, wear something you'd be comfortable getting a little playful in!

Absolutely! You can hire out our studio for as long or as little time as you’d like either before or after your event, provided that our space is available during your preferred time. We therefore advise booking it in early to avoid disappointment. All venue hire pricings & further information can be found on the ‘Venue Hire’ tab of our website. Perfect for drinks receptions, team meetings, celebratory meals & more.

In terms of food and drink; we have in house nibbles (the nibbles vary seasonally, e.g. brownie bites), teas and coffees and alcoholic tonics and seltzers or soft drinks. All are available on request. We charge £3pp for a nibble £5pp for a drink and £8pp for both a nibble & drink . Whilst we do not offer in-house catering, our guests are very welcome to order in / bring their own food and drinks to the event. Please note - any catering set-up and clear down during venue hire hours must be completed within your allotted time. Cleaning support can be requested at the time of booking for an additional £30.

Your private booking is secure on receipt of payment, at which point it is non refundable & non re-schedulable. We know some hosts may wish to increase their group size closer to the time. We will always look to accommodate this where possible however, it is subject to available materials & teaching support. To avoid disappointment, we strongly recommend securing enough spaces for all of your guests as soon as possible. For private groups of 12 people or fewer, please be aware that there may be events occurring on the other floor of our studio. If you wish to have private use of the whole studio, please let us know on booking so we can discuss your options.
