Things to remember

We will be sited in the wonderful Sealladh Breagha Studio on the West coast of Bute. Ruth will be baking so there will be sweet treats to tempt you and tea and coffee available on the day.

Please bring your own lunch with you and snacks if you need them…

Do I need to be able to draw?

No! I will help you discover how to use pattern, colours , collage and drawing techniques that will make you feel comfortable using the materials and happy to continue on your road to discovering joyful creativity.

What is the access to the studio?

The studio is on the first floor and there are stairs involved and sadly I can't accommodate wheelchair users at this venue.

Is there parking?

Yes, there's plenty of parking at the studio.

Can I buy my lunch nearby?

There isn't a shop nearby but there are some cafés and shops in Rothesay which open early enough for you to buy your lunch on the way to the workshop.

What materials will I need to bring?

I will have some basic materials; colour pencils, drawing pens, paper for the pages and some for collage. Please feel free to bring your own materials you like working with. There will be more details in the email you’ll be sent once you have booked the workshop.
