Learn the basics of throwing and hand-building pottery.
In this 3 hour session you will learn to throw a ceramic tray and hand build a selection of hand-built pinched objects to place on it. Examples include but are not limited to: cups, jugs, candlesticks, miniature dogs.
The pieces will be glazed after the session by our technicians, or there is an option to pay for an additional glazing class.
No prior experience in the craft is necessary for this course. It is suited to anyone who is curious to work with clay for the first time.
