    What you'll learn

    Learn to write beautifully with some simple and inexpensive equipment. This class will cover inks, spacing and brushwork. By the end you will have decorated a box for Christmas.

    This class is perfect for those new to calligraphy and will, this workshop in Victoria will give you the skills needed to write beautifully.

    The workshop will take place in Shepherds bookbinders store, a friendly and fun environment. The day will cover inks, spacing and brushwork and will then have you decorating a box for Christmas.

    Paper and brushes are provided for you so all you need is a steady hand, imagination and bags of enthusiasm along with a few extra tools and materials:

    • 1 cheap pointed brush
    • Small jar of water
    • 1 tube of any colour (not too pale) along with some gold
    • Pen holder

    Now you can

    • Write beautifully with some simple and inexpensive equipment
    • Take home a gift for Christmas
    • Carry on your new Obby at home
