In this social media marketing course you will be guided through the process of creating a successful campaign. There are seven main steps required to succeed in the campaign process and this covers everything from planning through to gathering feedback. You will be able to define campaign objectives and identify goals and explore the customer journey, highlighting at which stage in the customer journey you can reach your customers. In addition, you will be able to identify the most valuable social platforms for your business, conduct in depth market analysis and define budgets and campaign spending. From a creative perspective you will be able to seamlessly coordinate content, search and social media, develop strong messages and create visually appealing content for posting on social media. The implementation phase will be discussed in the next sections of the course followed by measurement and evaluation.
