Reviews

Shona - 9 August 2019
The lesson was good but the arrangements and information provided were terrible. First, the description on Obby suggested a group class but this was an individual one - which was better for me but it would have been good to know beforehand. I arrived at the venue to find there was no sign indicating the London Piano Institute was even there, no-one to ask and the bell didn't work. I called the number given in my confirmation email and was told I was at the right place but I had called the wrong number and that I should call someone else, Stefan, on a number I had not been given before. I did and noone answered. I left a voicemail and noone replied. I was eventually allowed in by a passing neighbour. The teacher was great but it wasn't Celine who was mentioned in the Obby description, or even Stefan. I got the impression he was employed to do occasional lessons on their behalf. Overall the content of the lesson was really informative but the London Piano Institute really needs to work on its descriptions and the venue arrangements.
