What you will do
Set in a quiet, relaxed environment, this 10-week classical guitar course is held in either Richmond or Mayfair. Offering an introduction to the basics of the instrument, the class is for adults only and is taught in a group setting. / You will be shown the basics of posture, technique, notation and tablature on a nylon stringed instrument. The class is taught in an energetic and engaging style, with the emphasis placed on having fun with the instrument, rather than following a stuffy syllabus. / The group setting allows you to begin making music with others from the very beginning of your journey in classical guitar. Being surrounded by a supportive circle of like-minded individuals will help keep you focused and motivated as you progress. By the end of the course, you'll be able to play some beautiful classical solos and will be ready to progress onto one of our intermediate programs, should you wish to do so.
