This is a salsa classes for intermediates (level 3). If you are confiedeint with basic salsa step, spins and routines are you are ready to learn more complex steps then this class if for you!

This Class teaches techniques that will help you become a more confident dancer. This includes spin sequences and turn patterns to a higher level which will allow you to improvise your dancing. The class will concentrate on guys leading their partners correctly and ladies following accordingly. 

You will also be taught fancy footwork/shines that you will be able to use confidently in the Advanced Class and during social dancing…

Salsamotion is London’s friendliest salsa club and is ran by Ify, a talented and professional dance instructor. 

Salsamotion is available for all dancers, beginners through to advanced. Even if it seems scary to venture onto the dance floor for the first time, this is the best way of really improving your steps and rhythm and testing out how much you have learnt, especially as people dancing with you will not necessarily know what you have done in class. The classes are small and intimate and broken down in a friendly and fun way.

Choreographic style is influenced by 90's dance trends, namely hip hop and commercial dance and will get your heart rate going and body buzzing!
The class is open level and welcomes everyone interested in getting fitter through dance. Sections of choreography are easy to pick up , and as the weeks go on you 'll find your self not just following them but dancing them with some swagger!!

Several times a month (usually every other week) this Intensive Workshops, become Super Intensive. So we dance during 4 hours, starting with Cuban Son from 5pm to 6pm, followed by Cuban Salsa from 6pm to 9pm. Both, suitable for all levels too.

What is Son? Son Cubano is a captivating genre of music and dance that emerged in Cuba during the late 19th century. Is a beautiful fusion with Spanish and African influences and is considered the father of Salsa. The clave rhythm, often considered the heartbeat of Son Cubano, serves as its guiding force. One of the steps to become an advanced and beautiful dancer is learning how to dance Cuban Son as it will give you a a better understanding about music and timing and you will improve your body posture and overall style and music interpretation.

The 'I Can Charleston' class is open level and mixed dance ability but naturally includes many participants who have been coming to the class for a number of years. The format of the class always includes time to practice swivel technique in your basic step .
