I've been to a few of Sarah's workshops. Even if I am tired after a busy day of mumming and work, her workshops are incredible fun and her skills and enthusiasm are infectious so I leave feeling energised, having had fun and have learnt something new.

Sarah's class never fails to make you feel uplifted. Her enthusiasm and energy are catching and make for a fun evening while getting a good dose of exercise . So much better than the gym!

I took the Beyoncé dance workshop and it was brilliant. Sarah is a fun and enthusiastic teacher. She packed in four routines into the two hour workshop. It was fast paced but Sarah was happy to go over any parts as many times as we needed. I would definitely attend her workshops in the future.
