Four session course
Work with experienced tutor Rob White to look at artists who have used the Jigsaw Woodcut technique, such as Grayson Perry, Tom Hammick, Gillian Ayres and Edvard Munch. Discuss and decide how to make a two block jigsaw print that will be made and printed across this 4 day course. Cut the blocks with texture and pattern and use reduction methods to make multi-layered and coloured prints. Rob has worked extensively with Tom Hammick and is an experienced printer of large and complex woodcuts. You will find this course to be packed full of info and trade secrets for achieving fantastic images.
