I will be available throughout the year to support and give guidance with all aspects of the Portfolio preparation. This will include running short courses in the academic holidays. All GCSE & A Level students are welcome and I am happy to prepare you for the UCAS deadline in January. My aim is to enable each student to build on, refine and develop their particular interests and projects in both a skilful and creative way and confidently demonstrate their talents. I have had many years of teaching both A level & GCSE students. I have worked for OCR as a moderator for both for GCSE & A level, including being an AQA History of Art examiner. All my students have successfully gained places on excellent Foundation and degree courses. Some have gone on to study architecture at the Prestigious Architects Association and the Bartlett and are now practising as qualified architects, designers, painters and illustrators. I am able to give advice and guidance across a wide range of disciplines and am happy to help each student produce a strong but creative Portfolio.
We ensure quality. If your class doesn't reach your expectations, we'll give your money back.

About your host, London Art School
Born in London, Sue studied Art at Harrow School of Art and DeMontfort University and was awarded a Royal Society Of Arts Travel Scholarship & Associate membership. She did props and set design and painting for major London theatres followed by textile design for the Scandinavian market at the legendary Bernat Klein Studios.
After six years as Head of Furnishing Textile Design at Liberty of London, Sue concentrated on her own art establishing the Hope Collection with her husband prior to entering into teaching art to adults and children. She was Head of Art and Head of History of Art at St. James Senior Girls School and is an OCR A-Level Moderator of Art and AQA - A Level History of Art Examiner.
Initially, students will not be required to bring materials but as the course proceeds they are encouraged to buy their own sketch books, brushes, canvas, medium and paints, and material appropriate to their projects, in order to practise and consolidate what has been taught in each specific session.
All students under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian.
