I have been learning Ohara School of Ikebana for 25 years, which is one of the most popular Ikebana schools followed by Ikenobo and Sogetsu.

You will learn the art of Ikebana as well as gaining knowledge of the flowers, their meaning and of Japanese culture.

In this workshop you will be able to

Learn how to create 2 beautiful and sophisticated Ikebana arrangements
Learn some of the Japanese etiquette associated with the art of doing Ikebana.

Please be aware that, due to the intricate and detailed nature of Ikebana, you will not be able to join the class if you arrive 30 minutes or more after it…

WHAT IF I AM RUNNING LATE?

Unfortunately, if you are more than 15 minutes late, you will not be able to participate in the class.

CAN I POSTPONE MY CLASS FOR ANOTHER DAY?

If you are unable to make the class, you will need to cancel your place and re-book on a date that you are available.

DO I NEED TO STAY FOR 2 HOURS?

The class is two hours long. If you need to leave the workshop early, you are able to do so however this will mean that you may not get to appreciate the full Ikebana experience. Please be advised that no refunds can be given should you choose to leave early.
