What happens in this class?

Younger students approach the language playing games like "petit-bac", "7 familles" or loto. Older students engage in a class with a food related theme having specific vocabulary and grammar learning/practicing objectives. Example : "ma recette préférée" to practice infinitive, imperative and quantitative articles writing a recipe that will be shared with the others.

There is a wide range of recipes, savoury and sweet. Very often we cook a savoury and sweet version of the same recipe: vegetable and fruit crumble, vegetable/cheese and sweet clafoutis,... Most of the ingredients used are seasonal, organic and locally provided…

Things to remember

Apron and cooking equipment will be provided. Information about allergies or dietary requirements will have to be provided before the course.
