The class was designed and is run by Olga Akkaya, who is a Vaganova Russian Ballet School Graduate and former prima ballerina.
It is designed to support anyone willing to dance to get the perfect dancer body. Meaning to have enough stamina and flexibility to execute any movement.
The class is really challenging! Prepare to work on all muscle groups: Arms, Back, ABS and Glutes.
All of these will be mixed with stretching exercises, that would help you get those perfect splits, as well as develop your back flexibility for beautiful bends.
