This is an 8 week Belly Dance course.
Each class starts with a warm up which will be followed by learning lower and upper body moves and learning how to apply the move to the Middle Eastern rhythm. Students will be expected to practice these moves during their spear time and from time there will be a video recording made to encourage the student to understand the move structure.
Bellydance articles and sample music will be also available for students to familiarise themselves before each class.
