This Influence and Persuasion course aims to help improve customer relationships so you can build and maintain lasting relationships to improve your commercial success. You will begin by understanding the different between influence, persuasion and manipulation, which includes examining the circle of influence as well as how to approach opportunities from a different perspective. You will then go on to learn how to set strategic business objectives by planning future growth and prioritising accounts, understanding customer ROI's, and personal and business objection setting. This will lead on to the exploration of behaviour styles of yourself and others so that you are then able to appropriately use the influencing styles and tactics that you will be taught, such as charisma, coercion, emotional appeal, reason, and compromise, as well as the teachings of Robert Cialdini. At the end of the day you will put together an action plan for how you are going to use these learnings in the future.
