This Negotiation Skills course aims to teach you a range of techniques and strategies to enable you to negotiate more successfully and achieve more successful win-win outcomes. You will begin by understanding the concept of negotiation, particularly focusing on the process of negotiation and how this presents in different styles. You will then go on to look at how to prepare for negotiation, including options for optimum success, different styles of communication and initiating, proposing and securing a win-win outcome. Finally you explore how to achieve win-win negotiations both through studying different approaches and necessary skills, as well as self reflection to assess how you are going to implement the knowledge you have learnt in this class. This course is suitable for professionals who negotiate both internally or externally and want to improve their skills of negotialtion.
