This Advanced Sales Negotiation course aims to make average negotiators excellent using an advanced, structured method to ensure successful negotiation. You will begin by planning your negotiation strategy, involving setting targets, using tactics and objectives, using planned concessions, achieving a win-win outcome and ensuring consistent flexibility. You will then go on to examine the skills of great negotiators, such as communication and behavioural skills, effective listening and questioning, the ability to influence and persuade and how to manage intimidation or rejection. Finally you will focus on win-win outcomes to avoid deadlock, overcome objections, determine limits and ensure the needs of the customer are met in all situations. This course is suitable for people with prior experience in negotiation who are wishing to take their ability to the next level.
