Valeria is an Italian baking teacher based in London. She started as a self-taught baker before receiving her professional training and working as a baker and cake decorator in a bespoke cakes parlour. Valeria's expertise ranges from cakes to patisserie and desserts of all sorts, with a special focus on Italian baking. 

She teaches classes for all levels, both in-person and online. Valeria's baking experiences are jam-packed with useful info, hands-on and take place in a very welcoming and relaxing environment. 

During the last 13 years, she has lived in different countries around Europe and South America, learning a lot about different techniques, new ingredients and unusual flavour combinations. She speaks fluent English, Italian, Spanish and Portuguese.
