Whether your want to go from beginner to pro, do the Grades, learn a new style, need inspiration or just learn your favourite songs, Leon; guitarist for Joss Stone & Natty and many more, takes you wherever you want to go on your instrument. 

Leon has been teaching guitar professionally since 2006. With a huge love for teaching, he feels the reward himself as much as his dedicated students.

Whether it be 1 to 1, small/large groups or workshops; Leon's style of teaching is based on inspiration. This may be through encouraging creativity, relating all things taught to the real world or to what the student is into, or even just inspiring the student as a musician/personality.

Leon adapts to each students interests, personality and needs. Tailoring lessons to suit the student. Each student is different.

It is important for the students to feel relaxed during lessons. The student should expect a very informal atmosphere, yet a productive session every time. A student should never feel intimidated, or feel that the lesson is in anyway a chore.

Lessons can cover:

Technique, music theory, sight-reading, composition, songwriting, improvisation, arranging, producing, performing, song repertoire and different musical/players/session styles. Alongside this Leon provides knowledge of the music industry through his own experiences as a professional working musician within the industry.

Beginners Guitar Lessons with Leon King

In this advanced lesson with Leon, hone down your style, brush up on your chops, jam away, make some music and become a creative professional!
