Fantastic workshop using a technique I'd not even heard of before browsing Obby. We made several pieces of art using different gilding techniques. It's fun, produces beautiful pieces and now I'm hooked. There even a great little cafe on site for a quick lunch. If there's any more courses here I will certainly be back.

She is very knowledge and I came away from the sessions with a greater understanding of the various techniques and tips for making my own pieces - I also came away with a number of lovely pieces that I made under the expert eye of Estitxu. Small intimate lesson , shared with two other extremely talented gilders. MarronI would highly recommend this workshop to anyone, I did check out videos on Verre Églomisé before the class that are no where as helpful as the workshop, the tutor Estitxu is a very talented artist, I have come away with lots of information on what tools & materials I need. During the workshop you get to produce some samples to take home, I’m no artist but once you get how to lay the leaf it starts to come together, Give it a go you will enjoy it.
