Get acquainted with Elvira as she explains the local and ethical sourcing of the various ingredients you'll be using, before talking you through her secret tips and tricks for a **delightful mushroom ravioli**. It's not all talk though, first you'll be put to work making some **fresh egg pasta**, including Elvira's **famous tagliatelle**. Once you've warmed up with that you'll be testing yourself, crafting the filled ravioli and some **gnocchi**. Before you know it, you'll have **pasta** time away, all 4 hours of it.

Elvira gave my daughter and myself a private gluten free pasta masterclass in our own home. She came fully prepared with all ingredients and necessary equipment . Elivra is friendly, organised and professional. She explained the process clearly and demonstrated and then helped as we had ago.
The gluten free pasta was actually a lot easier to make following Elvira's recipe than anything we had tried and both the pasta itself and the fillings were delicious.
