    What you'll learn

If you've ever wanted to make and decorate your own chocolate to wow your dinner party guests or to give away as thoughtful and delicious gifts, then this chocolate workshop in London Bridge is perfect for you!

    In this class

During the workshop your instructor will teach you everything you need to know about making delicious chocolate. You will start by going over the basics, such as learning about what chocolate actually is, before covering the essentials of ganache!

Once you've got your head around all things chocolate, you will hand roll your very own chocolate truffles and some energy bounce balls. You will learn how to enroll, dip and cover in a number of different flavors and textures so you can make your truffle just the way you like it.

To finish, you'll cover the steps involved in making a chocolate bowl to give your hard work the presentation it deserves!

    Now you can

    • Make yummy chocolate truffles, either as the perfect gift, or for yourself
    • Impress dinner party guests with a visually stunning dessert
    • Experiment with different textures to find your favourite combination

Good news - we'll provide you with everything you need for this workshop! Even better news - you'll leave the class with loads of chocolate truffles to give away as gifts, or enjoy all to yourself!

    Did you know?

The chocolate chip cookie was discovered by accident! In 1930 Ruth Wakefield realised she was out of baker's chocolate and mixed broken piece of Nestle chocolate into her cookie dough, expecting the chocolate to be absorbed and create chocolate cookies. Instead, she accidentally created chocolate chip cookies, and later sold the idea to Nestle in return for a lifetime supply of chocolate. We think that's a pretty good deal!
