The atmosphere is always very friendly and welcoming, with some of the best Tango teachers you'll find here in London. All the teachers in this team are very professional, highly trained, and have been dancing Tango themselves for many years. All of the teachers like to enjoy and have lots of fun as well, so you might catch them cracking a joke from time to time ;) 

In this Complete Beginner classes you will learn the following basics of Argentine Tango:
- Posture and the embrace / how we hold our dance partner
- Traffic rules, navigation and orientation
- About the music and how we dance to it
- Improvisation and communication between the 2 people in the couple 
- Some of the most important basic steps and movements in Tango   
- How we pivot and turn comfortably 
- And there's more.... But basically you'll learn enough to be able to dance after a few weeks!

In our Complete Beginner classes you will learn the first basics of Argentine Tango:

Bollywood dancing is a dance style for EVERYONE!

Colourful, vibrant and expressive, Bollywood is a meeting of eastern and western dance styles that makes really exciting and eye-catching choreography.

Our class choreography fuses energetic Bhangra steps with beautiful Indian hand gestures , as well as a peppering of western dance  styles , namley Disco, Latino and Street!

At the beginning of every month we begin a new vibrant Bollywood routine and progressively build the routine over 4 classes. This enables you to feel the joy and satisfaction of mastering a piece of choreography.  Please be assured steps are easy to pick up and follow so that you can join in this class at any point of the routine and still feel confident!

This class  welcomes complete beginners and those with some dance experience .

Every Saturday we have this 3 hour Intensive Cuban Salsa Workshops from 6pm to 9pm, we split the class into 3 different levels according to previous dancing experience. If you’re new to dancing, we recommend that you join our beginners group.

Several times a month (usually every other week) this Intensive Workshops, become Super Intensive. So we dance during 4 hours, starting with Cuban Son from 5pm to 6pm, followed by Cuban Salsa from 6pm to 9pm. Both, suitable for all levels too.

What is Son? Son Cubano is a captivating genre of music and dance that emerged in Cuba during the late 19th century. Is a beautiful fusion with Spanish and African influences and is considered the father of Salsa. The clave rhythm, often considered the heartbeat of Son Cubano, serves as its guiding force. One of the steps to become an advanced and beautiful dancer is learning how to dance Cuban Son as it will give you a a better understanding about music and timing and you will improve your body posture and overall style and music interpretation.

Led by professional Flamenco dancer and teacher   - Ana Garcia with live guitarist , this exciting workshop is aimed at beginners wanting to learn the basics of this passionate and fiery Spanish dance form.

During this workshop, you will learn basic rhythms, posture, footwork, hand and arm movements including styling & expression. By the end of our workshop you will be able to dance a piece of fiery foot- stamping Flamenco choreography!

To give you a more authentic and enjoyable experience of this dramatic dance style  - a live guitarist will be play as you Flamenco :)

I Can Flamenco : Beginner Dance Workshop with Ana Garcia 

This class is perfect for adults who are beginners and wish to learn how to dance various street dance styles.  You will learn basic Hip Hop foundations, vocabulary and technique.

You will also  learn, Locking, House with basic notions of Popping, Waacking, and Voguing.

Each class start with warm up, stretching, dance choreography or exchange followed by a cool down. Students learn how to dance, follow routines on the beat, learn dance steps and vocabulary. They also build confidence while getting fit.
