You will learn the authentic basics of Cuban rumba from the masters of the art, taken from Havana Cuba. 
The session will run for 2 hours were you will be taken through the moves and musicality, step by step. Your dance level will improve and so will your body movement and style. 

You do not need to have any dance experience as 'ACD' (Anybody Can Dance)!

After the session, there will be a salsa fiesta that will run till 1am. They will play a mixture of cuban salsa, reggaeton, bachata and a variety of latin party songs.

A veteran of the Cuban Salsa scene, Earl
 is an inspirational engaging teacher at
 long standing Cuban nights across
 London Salsa and the Cuban congress
 in Bournemouth, across London and
 the UK.
 Earl specialises in Contemporary Cuban
 Casino, rumba, afro, on 1 and in
 contratiempo (Son timing). A born

performer his style fuses Afro rhythms with Cuban casino & rumba.
Originally a breakdancer, hip-hop, street jazz/fusion dancer and accomplished percussionist.
Earl combines all these elements to bring passion to his moves and joy onto the dance floor. Dedicated to give clear instruction, his animated lessons are loved by his students.
A dynamic Cuban style dancer whose moves are enviable and passion. Earl always aims to nurture his students, encourages them to grow and develop with him.
Earl believes in ensuring the students are trained well from day 1 and are trained and taught by our structured syllabus. In a sentence.. you are in good hands.

Natalia started her dancing journey in
Romania, at the tender age of 16. Her styles was a combination of Ballroom dancing with thematic dance. Natalia relocated to London where she discovered the beautiful fusion between cuban casino, rumba & afro rhythms. Her love for cuban dance has made her classes fun and vibrant. Her students are always enjoying her classes as she takes them through a journey of the basics, timing, musicality and styling.

During each session you 'll learn  90's inspired dance routines to tunes from the likes of Salt n Pepper, Mc Hammer, SL2 , Young Mc ....Back Street Boys, Madonna , Tori Amos , Groove Armada and The Chemical Brothers. ..

Choreographic style is influenced by 90's dance trends, namely hip hop and commercial dance and will get your heart rate going and body buzzing!
The class is open level and welcomes everyone interested in getting fitter through dance. Sections of choreography are easy to pick up , and as the weeks go on you 'll find your self not just following them but dancing them with some swagger!!

Several times a month (usually every other week) this Intensive Workshops, become Super Intensive. So we dance during 4 hours, starting with Cuban Son from 5pm to 6pm, followed by Cuban Salsa from 6pm to 9pm. Both, suitable for all levels too.

What is Son? Son Cubano is a captivating genre of music and dance that emerged in Cuba during the late 19th century. Is a beautiful fusion with Spanish and African influences and is considered the father of Salsa. The clave rhythm, often considered the heartbeat of Son Cubano, serves as its guiding force. One of the steps to become an advanced and beautiful dancer is learning how to dance Cuban Son as it will give you a a better understanding about music and timing and you will improve your body posture and overall style and music interpretation.
