A lot of enjoyment and very satisfying, and with excellent tuition. I'm so pleased I found I Can Dance at the beginning of this year because dancing is so good for physical and mental health, and much for fun than working out in gym. Looking forward to September when the class starts again.

Sarah is a fabulous teacher ! This is such a fun class and brilliant for increasing fitness. Every part of the dance is broken down into easy to follow steps and built up gradually so it's perfect for everyone!

My husband an I signed up with absolutely no dance (or co ordination skills) for fitness and fun purposes. I cannot tell you how many times we nearly didn't do it but so pleased that we have . Sarah has been amazing and we have seen our confidence grow, and if we get no better (which I am sure we will will Sarah's patience) we are having so much fun and am sure we will sign up for another class following this one. The group is really supportive and Sarah has a really lovely teaching style that encourages the whole class whatever their ability. If your a bit hesitant my advice is just do it!
