This Women in Leadership workshop aims to help navigate the challenges that face women in leadership roles so they are able to develop their own style of management and be successful in the workplace. You will begin by examining the difference between men and women and how this effects the way they operate at work. This will help you to understand the ways we can use female and personal strengths to lead effectively, as well as learning tips to build and maintain confidence. You will then move on to address different aspects of management, such as micro-managing, understanding your team, coaching and 360 degree feedback. Finally you will look at how you can raise your profile, manage politics or other restrictions within an organisation and how to progress successfully.
We ensure quality. If your class doesn't reach your expectations, we'll give your money back.
