This Spanish themed wine and tapas tasting will be a relaxed evening of fine wines, in a lovely tapas bar in Soho, Jamon Jamon. Suitable for anyone from beginner to enthusiast, the tasting will include a selection of delicious tapas paired with a variety of Spanish and Latin American wines

**In this class**

In this class, the clue is in the name, but you will taste 8 very fine Spanish / Latin American wines and learn a lot about them. At the same time, you will get to taste some delicious Spanish tapas alongside and all in a relaxed but informative atmosphere!

There will be loads going on, but you can be certain to cover:

* 8 Wines and tapas
* learn to taste wine the way the experts do
* learn the difference between wines from the old world and the new world
* the major styles of wine across the Spanish speaking world
* how to blind taste wine

Wine and Tapas Tasting Workshop

*Spain is the top exporter of wine in the world.  In 2014, Spain exported 22.8 million hectolitres with the majority of it going to France. Not only is Spain a top exporter, but in 2014 it was the third largest producer of wine, behind France (1) and Italy (2) with 42 million hectolitres produced.*

Wine tasting classes and experiences run by the renowned Gilbert Winfield.

Winfield Wines are mega helpful, fun and flexible wine tasting professionals based all around London. They understand that no two clients have the same needs, so will provide a large variety of different wines to seduce and intrigue the senses. 

Gilbert Winfield’s expertise on wine is frequently in demand: He has made guest appearances on: Eggheads, Come Dine With Me, James May’s Man Lab, National Geographic’s Blow your Mind and more recently has been appearing on Sky News as a wine expert!

Having achieved fully qualified WSET wine status, his wine tastings are informal and approachable. You’ll manage to have as much irreverent fun as possible with wine, and still learn something at the same time.
