- How to smooth the sides using a super easy cheat
- add delicious decorations to your cake
- make ganache and the elusive dripping chocolate
- putting together a gorgeous decadent chocolate drip cake will truly satisfy any chocolate lover's taste buds.

Chocolate Drip Cake Class

Learn t make a Chocolate Drip Cake and Ganaching Basics with Samantha Brown

Come along and have some fun with your fellow classmates learning how to decorate some deliciously yummy cupcakes.

During this class, you will watch a demonstration from your teacher on how to make buttercream and learn how to handle and colour it along with filling piping bags and fitting the piping nozzle, all without making a huge sticky mess! 

When this has been mastered the class will progress on to learning how to pipe the buttercream successfully. You will then decorate 6 vanilla cupcakes with these new found skills. You will learn 6 different piping techniques during the class so you can let your creative juices flow by decorating each cupcake with a bespoke design! There are no rules, it's about having fun  so you can either make all the cupcakes look identical for a coherent finish, or you can have a different design on each cake!

You will also make some easy beginner sugarpaste flowers and leaf toppers to add finesse to your cupcake creations.

When the class is finished you will take all of your cupcakes safely home in a special cupcake box to enjoy with your friends and family.

Floral Buttercream Cake

Easy and hands on cake decorating class with many floral piping techniques learned in one fun filled session

During this class, you will make some really cute Jungle Animals.  

We will make **3** animals commonly found in and around a jungle so you can set a cute cake scene like the main cake image.
Class 1 Animals will include;
a Lion, 
a Monkey and
a Giraffe.

Taking every step together you will make your animals by hand using minimal tools so you will be able to go home and make more for your own cakes straight away.

This is an excellent class to learn how to take the first steps into freehand sugar modelling.

Jungle Animal Modelling class 1

Learn to make some cute Jungle Animals out of icing to decorate your cakes with.  This class is taught by Samantha Brown

During this class, you will make some really cute Circus Animals.  

We will make **3** animals commonly found in and around the circus so you can set a cute cake scene like the main gallery cake images.
Class Animals will include;
a seal, 
a Monkey and
a lion.

Taking every step together you will make your animals by hand using minimal tools so you will be able to go home and make more for your own cakes straight away.

This is an excellent class to learn how to take the first steps into freehand sugar modelling.

Circus Animal Modelling

Learn to make some cute Circus Animals out of icing to decorate your cakes with.  This class is taught by Samantha Brown

During this class you will learn to make some really cute Jungle Animals.

We will make **3** animals commonly found in and around a jungle so you can set a cute cake scene like the cake in the image. 

Class 2 Animals will include 
One Panda
One Tiger and
One Elephant

You will be guided step by step through the process. I will make each animal with you using minimal tools so you will be able to go home and make more for your cakes using the techniques you have learned in class.

This is a fabulous class to learn how to master the fundamentals of sugarpaste freehand modelling. 

Jungle Animal Modelling Class 2

Learn to make some cute jungle animals out of icing to decorate your cakes with.

The London Cake Academy developed and grew from Samantha's homegrown cake business, when groups of her friends became students and requested she shared more and more of her varying skills. 

Samantha found she loved to teach and when discussing her endeavours with her international friends and idols she found that they would also like to teach with her. And thus The London Cake Academy was born...

Located conveniently close to central London, a short walk from Queens Park Station in zone 2 on the Bakerloo line, it really is ideal for many of her students to travel in from. Come along and enjoy the amazing talents of her guest tutors and of course from Samantha herself.
