Amy set up The Edinburgh Craft Club in 2018 to feed her love of everything craft. She is an Art graduate, professional designer and loves exploring and teaching new creative techniques. 
 
The Edinburgh Craft Club specialise in running independent craft workshops, live online and in venues across Scotland. They also design and create a range of craft kits for you to enjoy at home. 

Whether you want a new skill under your belt or simply to have a creative evening in or  out with a few friends, they have a range of fun classes and DIY kits to suit all abilities.

They are now based at We Make Edinburgh, a workshop and studio space in the heart of the city.

Who knew making your own rolled candles was so easy? 

Our kits contain what you need to make a professional drum lampshade and a gin bottle lamp fitting.

All you need to supply is the fabric of your choice and an empty 70cl bottle.

What size will my covering need to be?
Your covering needs to be 645mm wide x 220 mm to cover the self-adhesive panel supplied .

What type of lamp holder will this lampshade fit?
The lampshade frame included in your kit will fit the standard bayonet cap  (BC) lamp, holder like the one supplied in your kit. 
This is the most common type of lamp fitting in the UK today. It can also be used with Edison Screw (E27)  lamp holders, most common in Europe, remove the converter plug in the centre of the fitting.

Punch Needle is a type of embroidery but instead of stitching the fabric you punch it. 

In this kit you will dye, cut, design and assemble 3 colourful, geometric soaps!

The soap is unscented. You will need a microwave. 
(Vegetable derived melt and pour soap base, free from the surfactant Sodium Lauryl Sulfate.)
