Hi there! My name is Tasnia and i am a life coach art therapist. I specialise in drawing mandalas and run  1.5hr  introductory lessons for people who want to learn how to draw intricate and stunning mandalas.
With a new wave of mental health destruction facing people due to covid, it is imperative that people learn new coping strategies and learn to part-take in mindful practices to help them mentally cope with difficult times. 
Mandalas allow you to enter a safe space of zen, whereby drawing repetitive patterns allow you to focus your mind, your thoughts and regulate your emotions. 
My lessons usually take 1.5 hours. I usually run online classes 1-1 however small classes of up to 5 can be considered.  You will need paper, a gel pen, pencil, compass, protractor and rulers.
You will firstly learn to draw a grid, which will then act as a base for your mandala. You will then be guided to fill in your mandala with different patterns. I will instruct you at each step and will advise everyone individually. 
You can then complete mandalas by yourself and even frame them for your home!
