Ayca covered a very wide selection of topics. She clearly knows her stuff and communicates her passion and knowledge well. I really enjoyed the group exercises.


The course explains how to successfully start your own business and  covers topics including setting up your business, business plan, cost  and marketing.

In this informative class you will learn to assess your property’s pros and cons, address the negatives and emphasise the positives, and  present your property in the most compelling way.  You will learn  to look critically at your property,  understand the key likes and dislikes of the typical house purchaser,  gain inspiration to overhaul the presentation of your property and create visual impact within interior space.

 

Home Staging

This workshop focuses on the design process and steps involved in renovating a house and designing a residential interior. It explains how to plan your home design project and how to identify and take the necessary steps to renovate your home and create the interiors scheme. The workshop will give an understanding of the components involved in house refurbishments and a strong focus on the design process. It is also about practical work in refurbishments and meeting the residents needs
